Waymarks is an optimistic, progressive charity that believes in the potential for change and development.

What is Waymarks?

Waymarks works with people with mild to moderate learning disabilities and/or autism to provide a range of therapeutic interventions targeted at the development of social competence. Through a combination of specialist teaching and social modelling we enhance people's social functioning to build empathy and reduce any behavioural challenges.

First and foremost Waymarks respects the person as an individual. With a network of structured and supervised support, the organisation provides individualised services for people that encourage learning and enhance community integration and participation.
